This is an independent AI voice studio. It uses third-party models and is not an official Block or Dessa research service. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Recurring subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD at the full price shown before purchase, plus applicable taxes. Annual plans are charged in full and receive monthly credit allowances. Subscription access starts after payment is verified. There is no free trial. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the paid period ends.
Changing plans
Upgrades within the same billing interval are reviewed and confirmed in Stripe. Stripe calculates the prorated amount due; higher limits apply only after payment is verified, with credits already used counting toward the new limit. Downgrades and changes between monthly and annual billing take effect at the next renewal, without a refund of the current paid period. For annual subscriptions, that means the end of the paid year. Scheduled changes can be canceled before they take effect. Cancel a scheduled plan change before requesting cancellation of renewal.
Credits and limits
Starter includes 660 credits per month and scripts up to 2,000 characters. Pro includes 2,000 credits and scripts up to 3,500 characters. Max includes 4,100 credits and scripts up to 5,000 characters. Annual plans refresh credits monthly, not all at once. Purchased credit packs do not expire but require an active subscription to use; monthly credits are spent first. Refunded packs lose any unspent balance. Text to speech costs 1 credit per 80 characters, rounded up per request. Live Talk costs 20 credits per minute, in 6-second blocks at 2 credits per block. Connected silence and muted time count. Call-minute and text-to-speech estimates are alternative uses of the same shared allowance, not separate balances. Unused reserved blocks are returned after confirmed settlement. Calls have a plan-specific maximum duration; only one call per account may run at a time. Credits reset each billing month, expire at its end and do not roll over. Unsuccessful generations return reserved credits.
Refunds and billing issues
If paid features cannot be delivered, contact support@dessaaivoicemodel.com with the account email and a brief description. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law; statutory rights are not restricted by these terms. Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Refunded, reversed or unpaid subscriptions may lose access.
Acceptable use and audio rights
Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate people, violate privacy, create deceptive recordings or use the service unlawfully. Output permissions depend on applicable law and the selected provider’s terms; no unrestricted commercial license is promised. Archived research recordings remain the property of their owners and are provided for listening and research context.
Changes, availability and support
Features and model providers may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular voice model or a future model release. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply where required. Contact support@dessaaivoicemodel.com for support and account requests.
